We are looking for a Commercial Growth Driver to spearhead our expansion within the United States. You will be the face of Wingfield for some of the most prestigious clubs and academies in the U.S.
What to Expect
As a core member of our US expansion, you will lead the charge in establishing Wingfield as the gold standard for video & tracking technology.
Full-cycle sales ownership: Manage the entire funnel—from high-intent inbound leads to hunting strategic outbound accounts such as premier country clubs, high-end academies, and best-in-class racket centers.
The "Wingfield Playbook": Master our sales methodology. You’ll ensure every interaction is logged in HubSpot, using data-driven insights to optimize your pipeline and conversion rates.
Virtual & occasional live demos: Lead engaging digital product tours. For high-value strategic partnerships, you will perform occasional on-site demonstrations to showcase our AI-tracking in action.
Market ambassadorship: Represent Wingfield at key industry events and tournaments to build a robust network within the US Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel ecosystem.
Collaboration: Partner with our European HQ to refine the US go-to-market strategy based on your direct market feedback.
That’s You
We are looking for a digital mind with a racket sports heart.
The sales expert: 3+ years of experience in Tech Sales (SaaS/Hardware). You have a proven track record of hitting targets and managing complex sales cycles independently.
The racket enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for Tennis, Pickleball, or Padel. You understand the "club culture" and can speak the language of coaches and facility owners authentically.
Language skills: You are a native English speaker with exceptional communication skills. Spanish proficiency is a significant plus.
Charismatic communicator: You are as comfortable pitching to a Board of Directors on a video call as you are explaining AI-analytics on the court.
